No Show, A Travel Industry Podcast, is about the business of travel: hotels, tourism, technology, changing consumer tastes, the conference industry, and what $50 resort fees actually get you. Hosts Jeff Borman and Matt Brown explore the strange and beautiful intersection of design, architecture, place, emotion, and memory. When we travel, we pass through that intersection, held up by a mammoth infrastructure and a fleet of dedicated (and patient) professionals.

Who are these people?
With over 20 years of hospitality management, Jeff has a wide range of experiences from early beginnings in hotel operations to specific expertise in analytics, pricing science, and inventory management. When not helping the travel industry as an employee, he's supporting it as a customer having hiked, dined and mingled with locals in 75 countries and 45 States.
Matt is a content, marketing, trade show, and communications veteran who's worked for nonprofits, trade associations, publishers, tech agencies, and all kinds of other entities that are impossible to explain to relatives at holiday dinners. He's on a quest to see every national park in America with his wife Amanda and dog Tilda (they're at 44 out of 63).
